How to ORDER shoes?
1) Send a mail to us with the following information:
Product's ID and quantity you want to order. your CONTACT details (Name,Address,zipcode,city,country,email + phone no.)
2) We will confirm your mail and we will request the total amount to be transfered to us.
(ALL prices are inclusive shipping fee)
3) You can send us money via Bank(Wire Transfer) or via Western Union(is faster).
4) After receiving the amount, we will ship the package to the shipping address(customer) within 24 hours.
All the shoes are shipped from China !
5) We will send you the tracking number when we have shipped the shoes.
6) The package will be delivered within 5 - 7 days (sometimes it can be delivered faster):
it depends where you are located.
7) We would appreciate if you give feedback after you have received the package.

1. How can I get information after I have paid for the shoes ?
We will e-mail the tracking number of the express company to you as soon as we received the tracking number.
2. When and how can I check on my order status?
Normaly, after 2 business days you can track your package(s).
3. How do I contact you if I have a question?
We prefer to be contacted by email(see contact us) or via MSN.
4. How long will it take to receive my shoes?
It usually, on average, takes 5 business days to receive your order.
Sometimes the shoes are delivered faster.
Please note that business days do not include holidays or weekends.
5. Do you ship to International locations (any country other than USA and Europe)?
Yes. We currently ship to many international locations.
6. Can you reserve a shoe for me until I can pay for it?
Yes of course, the only thing you have to do is to confirm it by e-mail and we will keep them for you for one week. However, after one week, if we haven't received your payment, we will sell it further to someone else.
